ADHD and AUTISM

Today through deep meditation, I had a flash back as a kid. Being from the 60’s, we had no ADHD or OCD. In those days, therapists and any negative trait in a kid was just worked out through life told and executed by parents, although you always got yelled at for always flitting around like a fly, as my Mom would say.

So, I wanted to share some stuff for people that can understand their kid a little more and even themselves. I looked these symptoms up from my memory as kid and low and behold. I have struggled my entire life, adjusting accordingly. Don’t get me wrong, I had a Blessed life, Blessed family, Blessed job, and Blessed friends along my journey and still going. It helps to know others are out there that does that crazy shit counting letters all the time. It does mean alot. Of course, that’s one thing, there’s many more symptoms.

Well…..seen my wonderful #drsiddiqi and GOOD NEWS.

My stents all look good and bypass. Heart strong. Took me off Lisinipril for the light headness since I lost all this weight…..causing low blood pressure. I tell ya, I’ve been coming here since 2013, and won’t let another Dr do a stent so I come back here. Carmen at the front office is just remarkable. How she can remember everything about everyone and still stay calm. Well just love them………and folks, do what the Dr says if ya wanna extend your life any…..so many people ignore their Dr. God Bless

Well well well, I do believe we have found the culprit to my unstabilness. Thanks to cuz….:-)

There was a new sleep apnea machine so I figured pure air would help my allergies. So I slept for 3 days on my new pure air. Of course I was dizzy and lightheaded and very unstable. But all is well now, I’m breathing in impurities like the rest of the world. And will wait to talk to Dr about the sleep pack.

I have a routine heart stent coming up soon, don’t know the date yet. I am back in the swing of things and Poyntz picking me up today. If I could, I’d bottle everyone up at once and visit but again its impossible. I can only hope I get to see most of you while here. Love and Miss ya. thanks for the prayers. PS My apologies for being inavasive for past few months. Day by day is all we can expect. Without all of you wonderful folks who push me along my way. Without no car or no house and now Daisy its tough to have to stay with folks. Or impose. I hate it. It goes way back to the 60s, its just me, not your generosoty. Originally, this trip was meant to visit old friends and catch up. I may have waited a little too long for heart cath. Ive fallen ann hit my head and arm. I am held up in Montgomery with Glend ND mICKEY WATCHIN ME until Sept 4 when Poyntz picks me up. I have no vehicle while here. I have been light headed and dizzy. if anyone want to visit, Im sorry but it will have to be after my heart procedure when Siddiqi schedules it. I apologize.
